PAYMENT

We accept online payment in a secure environment by credit card or via PayPal. All transactions are shown in pounds sterling (£).

All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of publication and are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and where appropriate are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT) at the current rate. If your order is being despatched to a destination outside the European Union (EU) then your sales tax will be zero. If your order is being sent to a member state of the EU then the selling price will include VAT at the current rate. Any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your destination country will be your responsibility as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

SHIPPING

All UK orders are despatched by Royal Mail UK standard 1st Class delivery unless otherwise specified. Please specify in the ‘Shopping Bag’ if you wish to upgrade your delivery method to next day delivery.

For overseas orders, please specify in the ‘Shopping Bag’ which method of delivery you prefer.

For all Premier Crystals and orders over 10kg, please contact us to obtain a quote for delivery.

All orders are shipped from the UK. Any additional charges for customs clearance into other countries must be borne by you. We have no control over these charges and unfortunately can't predict what they might be.

We will do everything we can to make sure your order arrives on time, but please allow for any adverse conditions which might affect deliveries from the UK to your area, including (but not limited to) extreme weather or disruption to postal services/airlines.
