By placing an order via this website you are making an offer to Venusrox Ltd to purchase the goods detailed in your order upon the terms described in your order.

When you have placed an order we will send you a confirmation that your order has been received but this is not a confirmation that your offer to purchase the goods has been accepted. We will then check availability of the ordered product and that the details of the order are correct. A further email will be sent to confirm the order as placed along with delivery details, or to notify you of any changes to the order. A contract between you and Venusrox Ltd for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and despatched to you.

All orders must be paid for in full, prior to despatch of the order. Payment can be made by Credit or Debit Card, cheque supported by a cheque guarantee card or by bank transfer. Depending on payment method, a delay in despatch may occur whilst the funds are cleared into our bank account.

Orders placed by credit/debit card will be authorised when your order is placed and funds will usually be taken from your account within one working day.

Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice. A delivery charge will be added to your order value where appropriate, please see the delivery times and charges.

All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of publication and are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and where appropriate are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT) at the current rate. If your order is being despatched to a destination outside the European Union (EU) then your sales tax will be zero. If your order is being sent to a member state of the EU then the selling price will include VAT at the current rate. Any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your destination country will be your responsibility as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict them.

Refunds/Contract cancellation

We make every effort to ensure the products are well packaged to ensure they do not get damaged in transit. If, however, a product does arrive with you damaged or if it is not the product you ordered, we will refund you in full or replace the item as appropriate, if the product is returned to the postal address within 30 days of receipt. Please notify us immediately if you are returning products at priority@venusrox.com or by telephone: 0207 792 4957.

If you do not receive damaged goods but are not satisfied with your purchase for whatever reason you are able to cancel your order provided we receive written notice of your cancellation and you return the goods in original condition within 14 days of receipt of the goods.

This does not affect your statutory right to a 7 working day cooling-off period starting from the date of receiving the goods.

Please securely package and return the relevant item to the address given below. We recommend the goods are returned by recorded delivery.

We will not be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless they are faulty or delivered to you in error. If we do not receive the goods we will arrange collection at your cost from the delivery address given by you when ordering the goods.

As soon as we received notice of your cancellation and the goods have arrived back with us in what we consider to be a re-saleable condition, we will refund the cost of the goods. There is no refund for any exceptional delivery for your purchases. We will provide the refund within 30 days from the receipt of the notice of cancellation.

Each product purchased is sold subject to its product description which sets out additional specific conditions related to that product including, without limitation, terms and conditions concerning estimated delivery dates and times, warranties, after-sales service and guarantees.
